One of these such ventures is assisting real estate agents, landlords, and Vacation rental owners in the listing process. Whether you are a seller’s agent, or property manager for rental or vacation properties, or an owner who wants to showcase their floor plan. The primary focus is effectively marketing the listing to maximize potential, and minimize time spent showing the property to buyers or renters who may be looking for something completely different. At ThreefourteenDesign, we believe that photos just don’t cut it. They are merely disconnected images that do not give viewers the whole picture of how a space is laid out, what the rooms or like, or even what views occur where. Virtual tours begin to do this, but unless they are paired with a floor plan they are still disconnected, and they are also usually hosted by other parties, where a simple floor plan is smaller, easier to use, and can be posted just like a photo to the MLS or rental website. In today’s economy, homes that are selling cannot afford the cost of a full blow virtual tour. We can provide an affordable floor plan that helps the buyer understand your home from the comfort of theirs.
