We run a cottage industry making floor plans for cottages! This is a perfect way to make some extra money on the side, or supplement your existing practice.
We are looking for Architectural Interns, Surveyors, Home Inspectors, Engineers, Draftspeople, and Architects. You must be good on a tape measure or laser device and have access to Autocad or similar software that could create floor plans like those that are shown on our site. Be prepared to provide resume and work samples, as well as signing off on an agreed upon rate table and drawing output format agreement. Obviously different regions will have different prices. This is part of the negotiation process that we will work with you on to come to a cost effective solution for the client yet still be profitable enough to put food on the table.

We provide referrals in your area and ask for 10% of the total fee in return. Any referral you provide we would do the same for you.
