The 4th bedroom is currently being used as a home office with direct access to the back yard and large patio. The homeowners recently added a maintenance free vinyl privacy fence, new retaining wall, and sodded the backyard.

This house is currently for sale by owner. Please check back for the virtual tour that will be posted soon!

More floor plans from St. Louis City. This time its a beautiful turn of the century home on a hill that was over 3000sf. 5 Bedrooms with a great master suite with walk out balcony from the master bath and a full porch across the back. The home had some recent updates but still seemed to have alot of the great historic charm in the formal dining room, living room and foyer. I was there right at 2 hours to complete the sketching by hand. I find its alot faster to sketch by hand while on site when pressed for time. While I would love to get the entire home on the computer while on site, sometimes its just not feasible. Once sketched it took another 1.5hrs to input into cad off site.
