Why Should I offer Floor Plans of My Listings?

Today its standard fare for agents to offer photos of their listings.  Separate yourself from the crowd with floor plans that allow prospective buyers see how the rooms are laid out, how big the closets are, or how the master bath is arranged with large soaking tub adjacent to the shower.  Allow prospective renters to see the floor plans that you have available.  We can provide the services to measure the house, apartment, condo, or building if you are in the metropolitan St. Louis area, or if not, just send a detailed sketch with dimensions on it and we will take it from there.

• We are helping the environment. We visit the house so your buyers don’t have to. This ultimately reduces oil consumption and emissions. All of our services are handled electronically so no paper waste either!

• A 2006 Study from the National Association of Realtors showed that 77% of prospective home buyers use the internet to search for a home. And online floor plans are on many Realtor’s wish lists alongside wireless and PDA access to online listings.

• In England and other European countries this is not a new trend. A recent survey of consumers showed that 79% of home sellers believe that professionally produced details will help them to sell their home faster and 78% of buyers think floor plans are essential before looking at a property. In a separate survey, agents who use floor plans also reported 26% higher commission levels than those who weren’t using them

• Providing floor plans allows self screening of prospective buyers so you are more likely to get solid leads when they come calling.

• New housing and condo developments already use this as a marketing tool- buyers should be able to compare existing housing with new by providing floor plans too!

• There are easy floor plan solutions out there, but they take time to generate and require additional work on the part of the realtor who is already overtaxed with their standard routine.  We strive to make offering floor plans a cost effective solution.  Virtual tours can be expensive and require alot of staging beforehand.  Ours can be done in as little as 30 minutes and prices start at $60!

• Floor plans take up no more space than a typical image and many times can be linked to VR tours as an interactive solution.
