We offer traditional floor plans as JPEG or PDF files, or we can provide interactive floor plans. Any plan can be in 3D, color, or both.
While we are under construction take advantage of our “new site special” $65 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath home within 15 miles of 63116.
Is your home larger? NO PROBLEM! Our typical fee for a basic floor plan is $.05 per square foot (measuring the entire footprint) with an additional charge of $10/floor if you have multiple floors. So a 2000 square foot home on two floors would cost $110.
Our “Basic” service gets you a full floor plan w/ walls, doors, windows, major appliances and features, with room names and approximate dimensions in text below the room name. We can offer more detailed measurements and plans as part of our “Gold” service for homes that have particular character such as historic homes or ones that have alot of custom touches. Our fee starts at $.07 per square foot for these.
Commercial Property Floor Plan Surveys: We offer Real Estate Brokers the outlet for marketing floor plans. If your space does not have a floor plan available, no worries! Call us and we will make one for you. If you have Architectural floor plans but need a nice clean marketing floor plan, we can do that too, just send us a PDF or CAD plan of the drawing. Our base fee for field verification is $.06/sf of measured floor area. This is for plan information only and does not include ceiling, power/data, or furniture. If you want this information included call for pricing. Travel/Reimbursable costs are extra, but we are located in the midwest- just a short Southwest flight to anywhere in the country! This is sometimes cheaper than having a local company do the work if you live in a large metropolitan area. Get their price, then call us for ours!
